What does supply only include?
A made-to-measure REHAU Homeframe product manufactured to the sizes you confirm at checkout. Collection from Newport is free. Local or national delivery can be added. Installation, finishing and Building Regulations certification are not included.
What if I am not sure of the sizes?
Read the measuring guide before you order, or ask us to survey and fit instead.
Can I cancel a made-to-measure order?
Bespoke goods made to your specification can be excluded from the usual distance-selling cancellation right. Faulty or misdescribed goods are a separate issue. See the supply only terms.
Who deals with Building Regulations?
In Wales, replacement windows and doors are subject to Building Regulations. For supply only, the purchaser or installer must obtain the appropriate certification or approval. HomeView does not certify somebody else’s installation.
